Apologies for taking so long to get back to you, life has been full of visitors & other busy things, + I wanted to see what my 1st bill from you guys was like, before I was happy to give my name & email as a customer reference.
 
As it is, I am extremely happy with my 1st account, & you have delivered what you advertise, so I am happy for you to use my email  as a reference for other potential customers.
 
I rang Catherine today to set up a direct deposit, your lines were busy, but instead of the never ending wait that can be experienced with telstra & optus, you had the option for your company to ring me back .... I took it ... & my call was returned by Catherine a couple of hours later .... I don't ever recall optus or telstra giving me that option, so your service is a breath of fresh air !
 
I will definitely be emailing & ringing friends over the next few days to get them onto your service, I have already talked to my Mum, & best friend, & they will most likely be ringing you guys in the next few days.
 
I also went & had another look at your site, & see that you are using VOIP technology, which I had looked at myself 12ish months ago, & at the time it all seemed GOOD but a bit fiddly, & of course, a person needed a computer to access it ..... so not available to all. Even though I have a computer, & the vast majority of my friends & family have access to the internet, though some don't have their own computers, & therefore can't access VOIP.  Your service has given those people a chance at cheaper phone bills .... I think that's great in itself.

Pricing & Fair Use Policy

 
 

The BuzzBox will reduce your phone bills immediately and all you do is plug it into your existing home phone line socket and use your phone in the same way that you would normally.  Calls will now go through the internet using BuzzVoIP.

You do NOT have to change your current telecommunications carrier but since your calls will now go through TheBuzz, your phone bill will be much lower.  Your carrier will continue to bill you for your line rental and other services. TheBuzz will only bill you for the calls you make using the Buzzbox and you can stop at any time without any penalty. 

Your monthly invoices (issued 30 days in arrears) from ThBuzz will be itemised to detail calls made to mobile, national and international.  Local call volume is also identified.  Payment options include Cheque, Credit Card, Direct Debit from bank account, automatic payment from Credit Card, payment over the phone and BPAY.  A 2% further savings is applied if you choose to receive your invoices by email or settle by automatic payment.
